• Responsible for achieving revenue goals through sales activities in OH and Southern IN

• Bring value to customers through knowledge of all IGT products and services, including EGMs, ETGs, game software, Class II, Megajackpots, Systems and Bonusing

• Maintain current knowledge of competitive landscape; share findings within IGT organization

• Develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer organization; identify key decision makers

• Coordinate executive level relationships between IGT leadership and critical customer contacts

• Prioritize activities with a focus on customer engagement and revenue attainment

• Respond in a timely manner to customer concerns, questions and requests

• Develop financial proposals working with DDEC to secure existing Game Operations business and maximize game and system sales

• Build and manage accurate revenue forecasts in Salesforce.com

• Work closely with internal partners including engineering, systems sales, inside sales, client services, product management, customer support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience in software, systems or electronics/equipment sales

• Bachelors degree

• Proven consultative selling and relationship management skills

• Persuasiveness and sales closing ability

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to travel frequently for in person customer visits

• Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record

• Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Power Point•

• Previous gaming industry experience

• Experience with Salesforce.com and or Yoda

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the designated region are a plus

Able to obtain a Gaming License

Valid driver license and clean driving record

Pass a background check
