Research and identify potential client organizations, and their decision makers to establish new business relationships and a rapport with them.
Prepares weekly assessment of market penetration and focus on solutions to increase market share.
Create promotions geared at increasing awareness and
Design, develop and implement short, mid-term and long term business strategies and plans to ensure compliance with objectives.
Develops and effectively executes comprehensive account penetration plans, strategies, and contract renewals to maintain client retention.
Work closely with our existing customers to understand their overall business needs.
Attend industry functions such as association events and meetings to provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Work with marketing staff to plan for marketing campaigns and promotions aimed to launch new products, services and communicate new customers in our commercial services network.
Preferably 2-3 years of Sales or Marketing experience in Retail or Services Companies.
Experience working in St. Maarten and knowledge of the market a desired asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Must have own car
Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills.
Networking, prospecting, researching and closing skills.
