Lead the month-end closing activities. Ensure adherence to any all Sarbanes Oxley, GAAP and Corporate Accounting requirements.
Produce supporting reporting packages necessary for Month End and Forecast Reviews
Actively contributes to annual 5 year plan process and periodic regional forecast updates.
Assist in preparation of business partner presentations, highlighting the underlying performance of the businesses with emphasis on key performance indicators and cost control
Build and maintain financial planning system reports to increase automation, reduce report preparation time and improve report timeliness
Recommend modifications to new and existing reporting to improve both the quality of the presentation and the information provide
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented
Highly organized with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality end product
Must Have Requirements:
Advance English level
Must have advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Forecast and Budget Experience
Desired to Have Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting required
3- 5 years of financial experience in a corporate environment
Financial Planning experience in Latam Countries
Experience with business systems and financial reporting software, BPC and/or Hyperion
Self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team
