Responsibilities
Accounts receivable cash application
Maintenance of AR customers, invoicing, cancelations, reconciliations, analytics, and various daily and monthly AR functions.
Support Accounting month end close process by ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
Review daily accounts receivable activities to ensure completeness and accuracy
Ensure compliance with SOX internal controls
Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance or Accounting or a related field
Currently in good standing with a preferred 3.0 minimum GPA
Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP, or other Financial General Ledger software a plus
Analytical, well organized, good communication skills, strong work ethic, and strong desire to learn
