Responsibilities
Looking for a highly motivated individual for the Accounts Receivable department. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of AR Customers, invoicing, cancelations, customer credit memos, reconciliations, analytics, and various daily and monthly AR functions. The role requires the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment working closely with various internal and external business partners. Reporting to an Accounting Manager, a successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
Review customer billing reports and ensure billing follows internal and external controls.
Collaborate with internal business partners to enhancements to revenue streams, to ensure GAAP and SOC compliance.
Assist internal employees in the use of Accounts Receivable functions in SAP.
Review daily accounts receivable activities to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Support Accounting Month End Close Process by ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Track multiple issues and identify problems before they occur.
Take action to prevent problems early in the process while managing changing priorities.
Successfully remove obstacles and support the team to improve AR processes.
Ensure compliance with Internal and SOX controls
Ensure compliance to global policies, tax, legal and statutory requirements.
Provide data and necessary details for internal & external audit to ensure timely closure of the audit.
Prepare and Review Desktop Procedures.
Excellent team spirit and able to dedicate the time and effort necessary to achieve results.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects as per management’s request.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related experience
3 - 6 years of accounting or related experience, Accounts Receivable experience a plus
Preferred experience: ASC 606, ASC 842, and GAAP
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced PC skills with emphasis on Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Individual must be detail-oriented but able to communicate with all levels of the organization, have good organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and must be a team player.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $53,800 - $129,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
