Responsibilities
The Project Manager/Scrum Master manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services.
Scrum/Master:
Manages Agile projects.
Drive Agile best practices and ensure facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
Leads the project team during the preparation of the sprint, the execution, chair sprint planning, checkpoint meetings and retrospectives.
Works closely with the project leads and the team members to ensure the success of the project.
Project Manager:
Coordinates cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products in an Agile environment.
Coordinates with our internal stakeholders.
Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.
Coordinates post project review of policies and procedures employed with a view to improve future projects performance.
Review and Participate to the Technical Documentation Package: Coordinate Functional Specifications, Review Release Notes.
Coordinates the activities with the other Project Managers and Program Manager.
Follows the process and participates in improving it.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
Experience:
1 to 4 years of project management or Scrum Master experience.
Fluent in both English and Polish.
High proficiency in written English.
Intermediate proficiency using MS Project and MS Office.
Atlassian JIRA knowledge would be a plus.
BitBucket/GitHubknowledge would be a plus.
SharePoint/MS Teams knowledge is a plus.
